FAQs
1. There are no returns on custom made orders. Exchanges may be allowed but only at the discretion of the designer.
2. Shipping: All items are custom made. Please allow 30 days for your order to be processed and shipped unless otherwise noted.
3. Tracking: All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track your order by using the tracking number sent to you via email. For expedited shipping be sure to select the overnight shipping option upon checkout.
